Parasite & Worm Detox
Best done twice a year — in spring and fall — or after travel.
IMPORTANCE
Hidden parasites and worms are more common than most people think, even in modern, clean environments.
They can drain your body’s nutrients, cause chronic inflammation, fatigue, skin problems, and weaken your immune system.
Parasites release toxins that inflame your gut and block detox pathways, making every other cleanse less effective.
Removing them first opens the door for deeper healing and ensures your liver, lymph, and digestion work at their best.
PROTOCOL
Drink 16–24 oz of warm distilled or DI water upon waking.
Take a gentle parasite herbal blend (black walnut, wormwood, clove) before breakfast.
Eat a fiber-rich breakfast with raw pumpkin seeds to help sweep out waste.
Include fresh garlic or onion in at least one meal daily.
Drink a liver-support tea (dandelion, nettle, or milk thistle) in the afternoon.
Avoid sugar and processed carbs during the cleanse.
